OOOOOOH!

Send Joe over here to do some trial eps!  He can take over for Bob!!!!

(Please y'all...it's a JOKE.)

That is definitely some sad news.
They can be close at the top, too.

It would have probably had better ratings had they just aired it once a week on Saturday nights, like they used to do in the old days.  I think ITV seem to be doing too much of a good thing these days.  They should really go for quality, not quantity!

Thanks Joe, for bringing TPiR back to the UK, even if for only a year.
I support The Price is Right.

It was put in a poor timeslot I think.  In Leslie Crowther's era the ratings soared to their highest.  This was the days when ITV put the best entertainment shows on Saturday nights before the era of the 'graveyard slot' (5pm).

I know this is off topic, but I was wondering. When the show went to an hour, and they brought back the £1000 for a 100 on the wheel, did they replace the car prize, or did they still have the bonus spin?

Also, I hear of a game called Joe's Lucky Bags. Could someone explain the rules?

thanks!

'Joe's Lucky Bags' was a change of name for '3 Strikes'.

golden-road, I'm also in the middle of answering those other questions you asked me and I'll send them to you later in the week.  Sorry it's taken a while to get back to you.
