CSS Results -- 25 May 2006
« on: May 25, 2006, 02:56:08 PM »
Forget it, I'm not going to waste time on tables.

When we get together for the last regular CSS of the year, I would like for you to entertain me. Create a composite of what this "STAGE PLAYER" would be: all the traits of those who have been to the showcases. What would they say? How would they act? Be creative and wild!

Anyway, Stage did something that is very rare: 1) win two CSSs in a row, and 2) achieve back-to-back doubles. Stage might just make it if he/she/it holds on. Meanwhile, in the "there's always one of THOSE" department, we have NCC-2000—the only one to go over for the day.

EDIT: Robair 91.04

Who would've thought that freaking Stage Player would do something like this? Now, I'm $41,634 back of Stage Player, and I have a load to worry about tomorrow. First, I have to hope Ludwig is shut down one more time. Then, I have to get money on a car/boat/trailer showcase (maybe a trips showcase, but the way those are, who knows if it would be expensive or cheap). And of course, I have to hope Stage Player doesn't do anything crazy again. Being a double points (and in my case, money) Friday, that gives me a good shot to sneak in the playoffs, as long as I get money. I've got to do it tomorrow, though, or I'm done. Should be a thrilling CSS.

My bids aren't up there...I forget what they were, but the only thing I remember is that they were slightly under the Stage Players' in each case...something like 26,600 and 18,200...
We'll think of a signature. Don't worry.
