I wish Bonus Game would come around on the turntable early, but other than that, that was an extremely enjoyable segment. Drew dug into Jackson a little bit in a light-hearted way ("We don't give away prizes for trying"), and I wish we could see a bit more of that. In general, way to host today, Drew.

Yep, the Bonus Game board was shown after the prize in its first 2 playings on the new tiled turntable. (The last ep shown with Bonus Game, which did have the classic reveal, was aired out of taping order as the turntable still had the carpet.) My hunch is that the early turntable reveal is DOA. :( Oh well, I suppose we should be thankful it lasted as long as it did since Hi-Lo's reveal was changed in S37, IIRC.

Though Drew hosted it pretty well and the game was won, without the classic reveal and the new way the "Bonus (now with exclamation point)" is shown, I can't get as excited as I used to about Bonus Game. Seeing basically no good reasons for these changes anyway doesn't help.

Pass The Buck! Still one of my favorite games! Winning the car on the second of three picks? Offered the chance to use the third pick? Odds of winning money in my favor? I'm thinking about going for it Drew. :)

So I was the guy on the show that day that won the showcase.  It was a great time and completely surreal.  The playing of the bonus game had a lot more ribbing and joking around by Drew and I that got cut out.  We went on a huge diversion about Long Beach, Snoop Dogg being a guest not too long ago, and George chiming in with jokes.  I wished they aired some of it, but it lives on in my mind as well as my fellow contestants' minds.

All the hugging and high fiving and what not was all genuine as all of the contestants bonded pretty well in line (before knowing we were ever going to get called) but also on the side where they keep us after we won the game.  It was a great time and I will do it again in a heartbeat (or ten years from now as the rules dictate).

TL, DR: Cool people, Drew and George were beyond nice and amazing, won a showcase.
