As noted earlier in the thread, far too many to count.  Among those not listed so far that I might include as well: 

-"If it makes you feel any better, I forgot my reading glasses.".
-"We'll come back around nine o'clock; this way it's dark then.". "Yeah, kids are scared of the dark.". "You're afraid of the dark too, Marv...".
-"He was all right--after six or seven weeks when he came around and started talking again.". (as I understand it, John Candy was originally going to return for Lost in New York, but for one reason or another, the deal never quite came together).
-"Get down on your knees and tell me you love me!". "I love you...!".
-Harry, I've reached the top!  AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!". CRASH!!!!!  "Wow, what a hole...".
-"What's that sound?". "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!". THUD!!!!  "That was the sound of a tool chest falling down the stairs.". "Oh...".
-"We missed the presents!?  He made us hide out in the store so we could steal all the kiddies' charity money.". "Shut up, Marv!!!  You've got the right to remain silent, you know!!".

When kate hears the doorbell ringing and turns the clock and realizes it is flashing 12:00 and then looks at her watch. "PETER! We slept in!!!

Let me add my favorites.
From the first movie:
The Mother:"Somebody pick up, PICK UP!!"

Marv: "Harry? Why the hell you take your shoes off?"
Harry: "Why the hell you dressed like a chicken"

From the 2nd movie:
The Mother: "What kind of Idiots do you have working here?"
The Hotel Worker: "The finest in New York!"

Buzz: "Alright enough of this gooey shi....show of emotion."
