Masters Program
« on: March 24, 2014, 11:31:53 PM »
As you guys can tell, I am a sports junkie. And one of my career dreams has been to be a sports journalist.

Well, recently, I did some research and found that IUPUI has a Master's in Sports Journalism program.

I have been considering this program but wanted to get some input from the forum here. What do you guys think?

What is your Bachelor's in? Do you write for the School newspaper (or local paper), radio station or TV station?

My Bachelor's will be in Business Marketing/Management. I have written for different websites, including Bleacher Report.

I had previously been in journalism, but I let financials get in the way, so I came back closer to home, though the campus I am at does not have journalism. I've always wondered "what if I had stuck with journalism?", so that's one reason this came up.
