What about Swap Meet?
It was won.

Either way, Maybe it might be best if Obama did pre-empt the rest of the show because it was quite a downer. And that "Going Bananas" SC was pretty.........corny. Also, they didn't even bother to play "The Big Banana" cue for that Fiat? Missed Opportunity X Infinity

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Not a good way to end the week........Much less, the month. Oh well. On to Socially Awkward Awesome Week..........

I haven't watched the entire show yet, due to the interruption, but I'll comment on what I've seen.

Easy (and reasonable) choice in Double Prices.

Looks like Drew also wouldn't have won the car in Switcheroo. Pretty tough setup I thought. Well, George did say it was a "professional" iron.

A $600 or so knife set win in Any Number is better than 4 dollars and change win I'd say.

One more thing: Is it me or did that "Going Bananas" SC come off a little "Fried Chicken"-ish, if you know what I talking about?

Hmm...yes, I see what you mean. I thought we were well past that phase?

A friend and I viewed and discussed this Showcase, after which I noted your comment. My friend responded with "Well, because that would be too easy and also make sense."
The above is my opinion and mine alone.

To answer your questions: yes, I am a guy and yes, I have a face. (I also have the occasional spurt of weirdness.)

I don't think a Fiat is a car deserving of the Big Banana. I also think it would not have made sense to 99% of the viewing audience, considering they have no clue that the cue is called Big Banana nor what it sounds like.

Looks like the President saved us from seeing the Double Overbid at the Showcase.

That's all right, Roadgeek Adam.

And next week is Socially Awesome Week.  I'm this close to saying "Socially Awkward Week" as well, but someone beat me to it.
