I can tell it aired sometime between June 1978 (when the yellow tiles were removed from Contestant's Row) and October 1980 (when the red-blue-green-yellow curtains behind the audience were replaced).

I can't remember seeing all four prizes being "True" for awhile. This is probably from sometime in Season 7 as on Match Game episodes between the Star Wheel debut, through the the New Year's Eve MG78 and through the MG '79 unaired episodes, this same buzzer tone was used. Both the 8th season premiere and MG Syndie premiere have the same buzzer tone that was slightly lower in pitch.
