Grande Gioco (Great Game) = Grand Game
Plinko (Plinko) = Plinko
PunchingBall (Punching Bag) = Punch A Bunch
Telefono Casa (Phone Home) = Phone Home Game
Vinci Gli Zeri (Win The Zeroes) = Grand Game

There are two names for Grand Game?

SteveGavazzi:  They work differently but it's the closest thing to MYM played for two prizes.

Also It's in the Bag is different because it's played for a prize, but the game has a similar mechanic (put a product in front of its real price)

Axl: Originally Grand Game was called Grande Gioco with a 5 million lire top prize (10 million in nighttime). It was retired in the mid 90s but returned in 1999 renamed Vinci gli Zeri with a 10 million prize offered all the times.

To Steve Gavazzi about Make your move:

this game was played in Italy for the first time in 1998/99 season, and with his original format; after a few period the rules was changed in the way you can wiev on my site, because it wasn't so intuitive, and Iva Zanicchi was tired of hosting the show.
I hope you have understand my english...

I've found the intro of the very first episode of OK!  Just scroll down to the last TV screen and click on the "play" arrow.  (other clips are from other early Mediaset programs)
