bigjon price is right question

I downloaded bigjon price is right quite a few years ago on an older computer. I finally got around to getting it onto my current computer. Everything is installed with no issues but once I open the program it gives me a runtime error 339 and that component MSINET.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. How can I fix this? Any help is appreciated.
