There's been a bit of increased talk here and there about accepting Discord bids... the main blocker I think is that there are board-only players (and there are a few notable ones) not on Discord at all, where a playing could happen and they'd not have any way to play. That said, I do want to attempt to implement this option at some point... so let's say it's seriously on the table for next season, and this is my formal advance notice to everyone on my intentions.A full

And it would not replace PM bidding on here, just be an additional option. There's several security / fairness issues to consider, so it might not even happen, as well.
