Pretty average show today.
This rule change for Grocery Game came out by surprise ( Range to win is $20-$22 , up from $20-$21 )
Interesting that someone wins a Showcase to Miami and a Boat, before a Hurricane hits Florida.

$21 is the magic number, give or take $1.

I like the range change in Grocery Game, although I think it should be a higher target amount, like $23 to $25. The new range should lead to at least a couple of more winners a season though.

I have a question in the quick take, you list Grocery Game as a win, but in the recap that you linked to you have Grocery Game as a loss, so I'm just wondering, was Grocery Game won or lost today?

He spent more than $22, so he lost.

I wonder why they didn't reveal the money amounts in Gas Money.  Good to see they upped the range in Grocery Game.  As it was the only game last season where nothing was won hopefully this new range will allow it to have at least a few wins this season.  This is kind of like what they did to Check Out in season 32.  Season 31 was the last year the range was $1 as it had only 1 win that season.  After that it was upped to $2 and more wins started happening. As for Plinko despite a decent amount being won today yet another person got tripped up by the compression sleeve.

It's about darn time they changed the win range in Grocery Game.  I have to think the game not being won all last season had something to do with it.

After losing Hole in One the first time she was on the show, it's kind of cool that on Michele's second appearance, she came away with the only win all day.

The same thing happened 11 years ago where an episode offering a trip to New Orleans aired around the time Katrina hit. Only difference is that was a rerun

I remember watching that when they rerun it and there was backlash over the show airing that episode.
