Yikes. Double car game wipeouts and annoying contestants.

When Hi-Lo is your most exciting game, that's one stinker.

Good to see Hi-Lo for the first time this season, and I loved how Drew handled the reveal in Hi-Lo today...it was funny and very Barker-esque. Hopefully he can do this a bit more often.

Looks like we get our cheapest showcase so far, too. I didn't think SC2 would get below 22K with that Japan trip, so maybe the cameras were cheap.

Camera MSRP is $299.95 ($600 for the pair) and Harley MSRP is $6849.

That leaves $14,177 for Japan (did the Harley come with a helmet, etc?)

Not sure what the "extras" difference might be, but 7632K had Kyoto on offer for $13,838.

So I wonder ... when was the last time a contestant completely whiffed on the car's price in Temptation (i.e., got all four digits incorrect)? I'd have to think that was rare even back in the 1970s when car prices were four digits and the first digit was fairly obvious -- ergo, the price of the first prize, corresponding to the first digit, always had a 3, 4 or 5 (rarely two of those to make it a little more challenging) and then the other two digits in that first prize clearly not it.

Unless someone sees a Chevrolet Chevette, the prize is $419, and the contestant ... "Duh, ... a 1?" (Shrugs shoulders.)

I'd honestly say every game today had a winnable setup. Both car games were both played horrendously. 1 Wrong Price in particular had a laughably easy setup - I was about to start screaming at my TV when Jose had initially guessed the grill (before changing his mind).

Temptation on 2 weeks? Must have been for FPG purposes, but that was still a very surprising start to the lineup.

I usually don't complain about contestants, but Kaitlin was so annoying. I had to turn down the volume every time that she screamed. Loved Drew's dragged-out reveal of the chalk price in Hi Lo though.

Just last season - November 25, 2015.

Yes, the Harley had a helmet. The Japan trip offered was the exact same one from 7632K.
I hadn't really thought about this before, but the reality of death means that every day there are less people in the world than the day before.  In reality there are many more people in the world than this but for illustration: If one day there are 1000 people in the world and the next day 55 people die, now there are 945 people in the world. if 30 more die the next day now there are 915 people in the world. So we'll eventually become extinct as will all creatures as the same reality applies to dogs, cats, horses etc.

Loved the way Drew handled the reveal in Hi-Lo today.  (Also, about time it showed up!)

What haven't we seen yet?  Golden Road, Ten Chances, 2 for the Price of 1, and Bonus Game?

Currency fluctuation?  USD against the Yen was 5 JPY higher on 7632K's taping date than today's episode's.

Both car games were both played horrendously.

I think Melissa played Temptation way better than she's getting credit for. She seemed to know not to repeat numbers, and if she had chosen the correct second digit the setup would have collapsed to a single answer.

No keys in Master Key is always bad television.

I agree Flerbert, Melissa can't really be blamed for any of the picks she made. Digits 3-5 are typically a tossup, but this playing the second digit was also. I do think Imogene should've gotten the hair straightener at least, but I don't blame her that much for the Master Key wipeout.

Loved how Drew did the last price reveal in Hi Lo. He's definitely been channeling Bob lately with the reveals here, in Money Game earlier this week, and 3 Strikes last week with the "I'm beginning to think there's only letters in here" joke.
