FPG 2/24/17 - Picks & Frequencies

All right, finally back from work and everything. Regarding the Punch spoiler, unfortunately it is late and does have to be stricken per the rules. For those who used Punch and marked it as a 1 for spoilers, I did bump that ranking up to a 2 for your replacement game as a courtesy (although that point ended up being completely moot).

For the sake of disclosure of what changed to what: Hag's Punch became Any Number, everyone else who had Punch (priac, 985, Tris, JJ, Cephas, Punchboard, and Tanzerey) had it changed to 1/2 Off.
