Hole in One and The Grand Game come to mind.  They're designs haven't changed all that much.

The grocery product display in Hole In One changed significantly, as have the $500 bonus flag (several times) , and most importantly the signage (and the actual name of the game, to that point).
"It's a SuperBall prize package worth $11,245!!

Grand Game had that garish redesign a few years back.
Torgo has left the building. John and I never really cared for the way he presented himself.

^ and even before that, the font for the numbers on the sliding sign changed back in 2000.

I can only conclude that the answer to the original poster's question is "None of them."

Let me prove you wrong.
Hot Sea... oh wait the Higher/Lower addition to the prices..
Vend-O-Pr... Didn't one of the original handles brake? So does Vend-O-Price technically has been redesigned?
Do The Math... I don't think that has had a refurbishment?

1/2 off would be my guess then? The $10,000 tag doesn't count as part of the game?

The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."

Nope, they added those funky graphics to the set a few years back.

Would you call one of the pencils falling a refurbishment?

Premiere (9/23/13):

2/16/17:

ETA: The pencil fell at some point between its 6th and 8th appearances.

I give up. My last guess was PTR, but I know the game changed from placing the six items from the table to a second model having all 6 items in a bag, and although I don't count that as a set change, I am pretty sure something else changed.

And I count one pencil being dropped as a set change. So, my answer is wait until next season to have a temporary answer.

Just throwing it out here: Five Price Tags? It may have had minor changes with the WIN card, but unless they've changed it in the last year or so, the only "redesign" is for the tower, and that had to be 74-75-76ish. Whenever they got rid of all of the brown, lol.

Nope.  The small prize podiums have been changed several times.

Also, three of the price tags had shelves added and removed from them when it shared a set with Most Expensive.

Looks like Make Your Move is the closest (C'mon! That rule change only last two weeks!)

Make Your Move might've been changed for a couple of playings, but then it was changed back, so the original design is still in use.

If you don't count that, I'm not aware of Pick a Number having changed at all.

We did add that little hinged dollar sign when the game is played for five-digit prizes. And the "PICK-A-NUMBER" writing that can be seen in the missing digit's place slightly changed at some point in the game's life.

(Since every small change counts in this thread.)

Okay, now you have to tell me how it changed. :)

There's nothing for me to tell, unfortunately. I don't know when it changed -- I just remember noticing one day that the words had become slightly smaller. I don't even know whether the change occurred before or during the time I was part of the show's staff.

Looking at my personal photo collection, the change occurred by 2009. But that's all I know. (Who pays close attention to Pick-a-Number?)
