Didn't mention it last night, but in addition to the no-no. Seven grand slams were hit on Saturday, a record for one day in the MLB.

One of those grand slams (the 6th of 7) was hit by Albert Pujols for HR #600, making him the ninth person to reach that mark.

What a day in baseball.
It simply doesn't get any better than this! Congrats, Albert!

Baltimore's pitching staff has given up at least 5 runs in 19 straight games. Meanwhile Aaron Judge has hit 25 home runs before July.

Atlanta isn't doing too shabby right now. They're 32-31 in their last 63 games. Starting pitching (except for rookie Sean Newcomb) and bullpen is still shaky but the offense has kicked it up a notch.

John Farrell suspended one game by an umpire who told him "Get the f*** outta here!" Fair.

Atlanta lets Bartolo Colon (2-8, 8.14 ERA) go and eats the rest of his $12.5 million contract. They call up former Rockie leftie Rex Brothers from AAA Gwinnett to fill Colon's spot in the rotation. Brothers was a closer, notching 22 strikeouts and 5 walks in 14 innings pitched so far this year.

Thankfully, the All Star Game no longer has the rule where the league winning the game has home field advantage, instead going back to its roots. I'm worried though if they will pull off another 2002 incident in the years to come.

In a span of two days, three umpires have taken off their masks to defend terrible ball/strike calls. For God's sake, you're umpires, not bouncers.

Exactly. And not saying this because I'm a Jays fan, but Angel Hernandez affected the game in Toronto last night in enough of a way, that it could've meant a different outcome. Terrible strike zone against the Jays again.

Atlanta is back on a snide, losing 6 of their last 8. Got hammered by the Phillies last night. The pitchers can't throw the ball in the ocean.

Blue Jays stun the Angels, scoring 7 runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to win 11-10.

Steve Pearce hits his second walk off grand slam in 4 days.

Urgh. Yankees are about to sweep a four-game series against the Mets.

Your teams in the 2017 postseason:

American League:
1. Cleveland Indians (Central Winner)
2. Houston Astros (West Winnet)
3. Boston Red Sox (East Winner)
4. New York Yankees (Wild Card Host)
5. Minnesota Twins (Wild Card Visitor)

National League:
1. Los Angeles Dodgers (West Winner)
2. Washington Nationals (East Winner)
3. Chicago Cubs (Central Winner)
4. Arizona Diamondbacks (Wild Card Host)
5. Colorado Rockies (Wild Card Visitor)

The Division Series:

Boston Vs. Houston
NY Yankees/Minnesota Vs. Cleveland
Chicago Cubs Vs. Washington
Arizona/Colorado Vs. LA Dodgers

Under the new home field advantage rules, the team with the better record will have HFA in the World Series. The Dodgers have this throughout the playoffs.

Also, Terry Collins will retire as Mets manager after the last game of the season ends.

Braves end the season at 72-90 (3rd in the NL East) with a win in Miami. Not a record to boastful about to be sure but better than last season’s 68-93 (last in the NL East).
