Questionable calls have lost the series lead for the Oilers and now the series is tied at 2-2 after a 4-3 OT win by Anaheim. I do give credit to the Oilers fans for being supportive in games 3 and 4 for being loud.

Meanwhile, Washington and St. Louis are on the brink as they are down 3-1 in their respective series, and Ottawa has their series lead cut to 2-1.

Just lose this game with dignity, Senators.

EDIT: Now, the fans are chanting "USA!" Wow, just wow...

Ouch - this reminds me of the Maple Leafs @ Bruins game 7 in 2013 where the Leafs lost a 3 goal lead and choked in the 3rd period that cost them the season. Well guess what, it happened to the Oilers tonight in game 5, only this stinged more in the final three minutes or so.  :boo::oww::cry:

If this happens to be the turnaround in the series and the Oilers don't win game 6 on Sunday, there will be a lot of questions surrounding the team on what went wrong.

The Ducks become the first team in NHL playoff history to come back from a 3 goal deficit with less than 4 minutes remaining and force overtime.  What an epic collapse by the Oilers.

Just imagine had that been a game 7 instead of a game 5... this would have been talked about for many years to come. It still has, but boy that was just awful based on bad calls by the referees in this series.

Do these teams enjoy playing overtime games or what?

Call a high stick on one team and ignore off sides on the other? Fair.

What's the point of blaming the refs when we even shouldn't been in OT?

BTW it was a high stick.

I'm shocked Crosby returned so quickly from a concussion especially considering his history with them.

I certainly hope this will not be a repeat of what happened in Game 5 when they choked in the final 3:16... and history has shown that the Ducks have been unable to close it out in Game 7 at home since 2013.

Rangers are out. The Senators will await ether the Penguins or the Capitals.
