Definitely raises some questions...this is probably a dumb guess, but maybe the car can only be won if she correctly guesses what window the bonus is behind? Can't think of any other explanation for that.

My guess:

She has already won some non-car prize package and can keep it and walk away...or guess which window has the BONUS for the dream car. If she is right, she wins both the car and the prize package. If she is wrong, she wins nothing (other than the SPs).

I was at the taping that airs Monday (and the taping day was 11/13- a Sunday tape.) No Spoilers but it was a really great show! I have been to about 20 tapings over the years, and this was by far the most exhausting one I have been to with the excitement level.

Given the sad lack of a discussion thread for this episode still, I still have to say: you weren't kidding!!

This was WAY better than Advertised. If you only go to one Taping in your life , this is the one.

The only other taping that I have gone to that may be a touch better was for the 5000th ep. But in regard to this one by the time we had the double dollar in the first s.s. we we're losing our minds. Lots of great contestants. I'm really glad we went.

To be at two shows that gave out the same type of prizes in both shows,  is as lucky as you gonna get.

Have you seen any other notable shows besides the 5000th and this episode? This was an exciting one to watch, it must have been electric in the studio. If the studio was already that pumped by the first showcase showdown, I can't imagine how crazy the studio went over that Dream Car.

I actually have been to 22 tapings over the years. This certainly was in the top 2 no question. When they opened the doors on the i8, I personally thought that the roof was going to come off. It was deafening in there (more than usual - at least at the top), and I also think I was in the minority that knew that car was $15X,XXX . Every time he drew a chip and went to place it there was such anticipation in the room...Of course it was a huge downer when he lost, but overall the show was a thrill, especially for a LFAT like myself.
