Stupid tabloids, trying to mislead me once again...

(cue horns)
* I would've said something in Japanese, but the loser horns would be more appropriate.

This was printed in one of the tabloids that I saw at the grocery store about a week ago.

I didn't put any thought to it at all that there was any truth to it at all.
I'm TheBigAK...and I APPROVE this post.

I'm pretty sure if you were really worried, you could ask Roger on Facebook who appears to talk to Bob rather frequently and see what he says.  I bet we all know what he'll say though.

Over what?  There's nothing libelous here, even if it turns out not to be true.  What would be actionable about a story that boils down to "Old Widower Still Misses His Wife"?

I wonder if he was referring to the stories -- if they were published -- that erroneously reported his death?

If he was remarking about the stories where he made remarks common with many very elderly people whose significant others, plus many close family members and friends who have since died, then there likely isn't any cause for action, annoying as those stories might be.

Bob appeared in a report today on the rumors that CBS Television City could be sold.  Looks to be in pretty good shape.
