Because the show isn't Canadian...and also, if we're being honest, the vast majority of the United States neither knows nor gives a rat's ass about Canada Day.

Once again, the insensitivity and rudeness of certain moderators shines through....

Are you trying to tell me anything I said in that post isn't accurate?

I didn't think so, not in this case.  Blunt, yes, and the "rat's ass" comment could have been expressed a little more diplomatically... but just in terms of factual accuracy, I agree with what Steve said about Canada Day.

Nevertheless, it might be interesting to see a Canada-themed show.  If they play "Lucky Seven" they can use loonies (Canadian one-dollar coins) instead of dollar bills.

Fun fact: Evelyn Wong, the 5th person to be called on the first show (9/4/72), was actually the very first contestant to directly be called to come on down!  The original first four (Sandy Flornor, Paul Levine, Connie Donnel, Myra Carter) were individually told to stand up, and then, as a group, were invited to come on down.

I agree with Steve.  The only part of the U.S. that probably would care would be the northern states that border Canada which is only a small population.

7/24/17 will rerun 12/23/16 (7735K), 7/25/17 will repeat 1/9/17 (7761K), 7/26/17 will repeat 1/10/17 (7762K). If that week continues as much, in theory, there should be a new show on 7/27, with OAD 1/11.

Even though it's not listed yet, I assume #7825K reairs 7/21.

Confirmed.

But wasn't #7763K (the show that aired on 6/23) supposed to air on 1/11?
I hadn't really thought about this before, but the reality of death means that every day there are less people in the world than the day before.  In reality there are many more people in the world than this but for illustration: If one day there are 1000 people in the world and the next day 55 people die, now there are 945 people in the world. if 30 more die the next day now there are 915 people in the world. So we'll eventually become extinct as will all creatures as the same reality applies to dogs, cats, horses etc.

Oh yeah, oops, thanks for correcting me. Got that confused with another date in January, as I saw it when posting.

So that makes it curious what airs 7/27 then. Hm.

I am watching the show right now, why is there a rerun of 7905K (04/21/2017), I thought the back to school special was supposed to air today.

It's speculated in the thread about the episode that they switched to a rerun because of the coverage of Hurricane Harvey being aired in affected parts of the country.

Tomorrow's postponed episode from June 8th has been postponed again to an undetermined date. Over on Discord, Wayoshi says the postponment is due to the continuing presence of Harvey and CBS' need to do special reports on it.

EDIT: I had the date wrong.

Their Twitter Page had the same exact Tweet ( The 1st Tweet from today ) from the Episode that was Pre-Empted ( June 8 ) the 1st time.
Since it has spoilers , I won't post the tweet in question.

Their 2nd Tweet was from the Rerun Episode that aired today ( Feb. 17 )

What is it with all these postponements? Why should they have to postpone an episode just because it didn't air in one part of the country?
