CSS Results for 09/20/2017 (Game 3)

I"m not quite sure what to make of SC1 today. The Honda Fit is 17k at the very most. I thought we had seen that Tokyo and it wasn"t the 16k one, but.... a new 10k random kitchen? It almost had to be, didn"t it? What an annoying showcase either way. Kev was one of only two people to deduce that 1 would be more than 2, and cashes.

Following another sexed showcase was another reasonable one. Cash is cash, the Fastback has been 28xxx with paint (but this one was manual transmission, so it was probably 27xxx today), and Jamaica often  finds its way in the 7k range. Nick (WP788) cashes from 3rd.

Meanwhile I was sweating... but nam saves me from a Host Blows It today. I really thought I had blown it. :P
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

I smell a rat w TPIR's pricing on Tokyo showcase:

I've stayed at The Park Hotel Tokyo.  There is nothing sexed up about it.  Rooms are 400/night tops.  X 6 nights ...maybe 3k tops... add coach air for 2 , let's call it 4K.... 7000 total for trip.  Room was not a suite

The LG kitchen is in no way 10k.   Those 3 appliances are 6k tops even w fancy-looking fridge.    And we know the fit w manual t is 17k tops...

6k kitchen + 7k trip+ 17K car. = 30k.    This leaves 11000 unaccounted for.   Maybe that walking tour in Japan is 11k? Lol.

Thoughts?

Unless the air fare for coach is 12k?  Don't think so

Wish I could have played today - I would have won with $37k and $36k bids, respectively. :(
I hadn't really thought about this before, but the reality of death means that every day there are less people in the world than the day before.  In reality there are many more people in the world than this but for illustration: If one day there are 1000 people in the world and the next day 55 people die, now there are 945 people in the world. if 30 more die the next day now there are 915 people in the world. So we'll eventually become extinct as will all creatures as the same reality applies to dogs, cats, horses etc.
