Yes, I'm beginning to enjoy this game a lot. And to have it played for a $97,000+ Lexus and won was certainly the big highlight of the day!

William may not have done any grocery shopping in his life, but he sure knew how to pick the right pair!

I think the only thing that would've made it better is if the game was won with no mistake.

In the meantime though, I really wish she'd won her showcase, but oh well.

Great Show today.

One of the More Unique Game Lineups we will see for a while.
We was one bad Check away from a Perfect Show.
Secret "X" has been played for a Car more times ( 2 ) than 8 other Car games Combined ( 0 )

Meh... Gridlock is ok for a mid-priced car, but playing for a $97,000 vehicle, it lacked the drama I would have prefered. 5 Price Tags would have been better. That being said, I also would have prefered Clock Game instead of Secret X for the Hyundai.
"It's a SuperBall prize package worth $11,245!!

I'm glad you all posted the Clock Game recap because my local station broke away during that game to cover Melania Trump's arrival in Huntington! Also, I was excited about that woman winning Gridlock, and almost $100,000 total!

We've had some weird lineups since the start of S45, but this lineup was pure crack. Just pure crack.

Who the hell stuck the check on today? I've never seen so much trouble. ???

We've had some weird lineups since the start of S45, but this lineup was pure crack. Just pure crack.

What about if they decided to have this lineup (not necessarily in this order):
Golden Road
Plinko
Gridlock
Triple Play
Pay the Rent
3 Strikes

That lineup would probably require an hour and a half long show tpir7215.

I agree, Gridlock lacks the drama to make the high priced car win super special. I'm sure they used it since it's their new game though. It wasn't a super easy playing though, since both sets had two choices that might've been it.

I can't help but wonder out loud if Dream Car Week would be better as a series of primetime shows instead of daytime.

Probably, but daytime budget is different than producing a show for prime time.  What need does CBS have to produce the show for night-time?  What's the benefit?

Didn't see the show today, but reading the recap makes it sound like a repeat of a blooper that happened at least once with Bob also (someone forgetting to reload the board between playings).

Probably, but daytime budget is different than producing a show for prime time.  What need does CBS have to produce the show for night-time?  What's the benefit?

The whole thing just has a primetime feel to it. Super expensive cars. The host entering IN a car. All it's missing is the black floors and an 8PM start and you could easily see these as primetime shows.

What need did CBS have to produce primetime specials for Survivor, the Amazing Race, and Big Brother?
