Years ago this came up as a topic - 2 of a thing can still result in an odd number, when rounded to the nearest dollar.  If each bike was $305.33, 2 of them would be $610.66, which rounded to the nearest dollar, would be $611.

I thought they rounded each item to the nearest dollar - $305.33 would be 305, x2 = 610.

Years ago indeed!

If you go back roughly 10 or 12 years, the show offered an exercise bike with an actual retail price of $700. But when two of those exercise bikes were offered together as one prize, the actual retail price was $1,399. The reason? Each exercise bike was exactly $699.50.

With Stack The Deck being played today, the only game yet to be played this season is Golden Road!

Actually I believe Hole in One has yet to be played this season as well.

The moment they revealed that the first showcase bid was within $500, I was pretty certain that the second bid was closer.

When was the last time the first price revealed was within $500 (or $1000, for that matter) without going over, and that player won?

Pretty childish for Drew to throw the Stack the Deck numbers on the floor. Guess he hasn't learned from his days of playing with the grocery items.

I wonder what was up with Door #4.  It was frozen from the start of Act 6 yesterday to the start of Act 6 today (a length of time that's a bit odd in and of itself, too).

That certainly was an odd way to lose Stack the Deck.  The game wasn't exactly impossible today, either -- I'd have gotten all three numbers (although I actually thought the Aspercreme would be more than the Boost).

Has anyone noticed that there have been a ton of sponsored groceries all of a sudden?

The "chalk scribbling" sound effect in Do the Math caught me off guard.  It wasn't necessarily bad, but it came at a moment where I wasn't really expecting to hear anything, especially that.

When Drew revealed the price of David's showcase, I thought Jadie might have won both of them.  What actually happened ended up being pretty exciting, too.

Pretty childish for Drew to throw the Stack the Deck numbers on the floor. Guess he hasn't learned from his days of playing with the grocery items.

Oh, come on.  Those aren't even remotely comparable.

Same thought here. That's why I wish the ARP of the other showcase was revealed first. It would have "mixed things up" a bit.

The contestant in Stack The Deck was lucky, but not lucky enough I suppose. I knew that she wasn't going to win when she chose "4" for the second digit. I can understand that choice though; those particular autos (as well as others on Price) look more expensive to me than they actually are.
