Has Gridlock ever been lost on the first set of numbers before today?

I don't think so. Robin didn't win the game, but I think she made Price is Right history.

Very nice Take Two win today.

I kinda have a feeling it's gonna happen multiple times throughout the game's run.

After Dawn got the 4 CAR spaces on her first roll, Drew should've got into Sarcasm mode and said, "Would you like to pull a Kevin (Nov. 7 show) and quit?"

Great 5/6 show today! Shame Gridlock cost us the perfect show.
IT ISN'T A WIN IF PLINKO DIDN'T WIN 50,000! I honestly don't feel strongly either way about the purist debate.

Gridlock: 25K I could see as a trap. But 27K? eh.
You see, this is why you have no reason to stay with only one die left. At the very worst, you lose 1K, but the expected value is positive.
"If any show, forget sports, Price is Right, [the audience is] the star of the show. Somebody... coming on down and losing their minds, and ... crying, that's the show. The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."

-Drew Carey, interview with Athletic, September 16, 2020

"I honestly thought the doubler was gone, but 9821 going $0 makes sense"

IT ISN'T A WIN IF PLINKO DIDN'T WIN 50,000!

$10,000+ should be considered at the very least a partial win.  What you said is like saying Ryan's $31,500 win is a full loss.

If you go by what the FAQ says, ANY cash in Plinko is a partial win. Only way for it to be a full loss is for the player to lose on all four small prizes, then drop their one free chip into a $0... and that has in fact happened at least once that I'm aware of (sometime back in Season 38, I believe).

PG1: Nice work by Douglas with the small prizes. Rewarded with $11,500 on the Plinko Board
PG2: Setup was "going" to be busy.
PG3: There is zero chance the Toyota was worth over $25,000. Poor playing by Robin.
PG4: The Germany trip had to be around $7,500. Good recognition for the win.
IUFB5: Huh?
PG5: Good work picking two.
PG6: Nice win in Let 'em Roll.
