I can't think of a more fitting way to end 2017 than a bunch of trips and cars. Expensive Hawaii and cheap Fiji showed up along with some of the higher-end regular cars to make an exciting last playing of CSS. Ironically, both of these ARPs came up short of DP's Around the World trip today, which is quite absurd if you think about it.
No one managed to DSW in the end, though. It was a painful palindrome day for jj and JB, going over on 1 by just $11. A lot of you went low 35 on 2 and got burned. I was the only other 34k bid on 2 entirely besides jj, but went low feeling a WSD... so Stagey gets some cash in the end. Chad cashes 1 after the endings shake out there.
61 playings is a bit low at this point - we've had some preemptions and some weird scheduling. Here's to 100+ games in the 2018 portion of this season!
