Woah, Half got a new paint job. That sure was a surprise. I guess it did need an update since the original scheme was around for a long while, although I don't really like the orange on the main prop. I kind of like the new glitzy green $10,000 tag, but the rest I'm just "eh, fine" about, probably because the whole scheme is very similar to Push Over's new look. I liked the purple set, but whatever.

Good show today.
I guess when they were refurbishing Bullseye during the same week , they probably thought "which game is in need of a paint job?"

Holy cow, 1/2 Off got Pushed Over! Actually, it's not like it ever needed a set makeover, and IMHO, that was just change for the sake of change. There was nothing wrong with the old set, but I think I'll get used to the new look as time goes on.

Did anyone else notice the glitch in the SFX during Cover Up? The buzzer did not go off as Drew hit the button to reveal the price like it usually does. It may not have been a big deal when there was someone operating the soundboard, but when the sounds are automated, there simply is no excuse for that.

Any show that ends in a Double-Overbid is always a downer.

Pluses:
- $30,000 win on Half Off
- Last chance win on Pocket Change

Minuses:
- DOB
- I absolutely hate losses on Cover Up that come down to the last number.

The new colors for 1/2 Off just make it look too dark now IMO. The prior color scheme was at least bright. It's not a horrible change and I'll get used to it, but it wasn't super necessary.

Tough Freeze Frame, I thought she had it with $9,825.

The clip of the day is Half, so here's everything we saw of the new set:

S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

w....where is the purple on half. where. where is the purple on the show now. i want purple and can only think of L7 as having purple...

Honestly, the color change is fine, but it was unnecessary.

Also, is it just me, or did the graphic for 10,000 change color as well?
"If any show, forget sports, Price is Right, [the audience is] the star of the show. Somebody... coming on down and losing their minds, and ... crying, that's the show. The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."

Huh, I thought that the sound effects were still manually operated using a soundboard.

Half-off: paint, for the sake of paint.

Did we improve anything here?

Man, that new 1/2 Off paint job is tacky. The fluorescent green is way too hard on the eyes.

I'm sorry, but 1/2 Off's new color scheme is ugly.  It looks like somebody puked up all the colors of paint that Bente never used.

Last chance win on Pocket Change

Huh?

I kinda agree with everyone here who is disliking Half Off's new color scheme.

I wouldn't say it looks UGLY, but I don't really like it either.  I want it changed back.

I wonder if the color change has to  do with accommodating the colorblind who watch the show
