I recall a couple 1985 episodes on Win TV with the original CBS curtains and green seats in the audience as well.
The first three seasons had most episodes without fur coats offered as prizes being aired, but these only aired early in GSN's run (pre-Dark Period). The 11/16/72 episode though is known to have be run on GSN, which offered a fur coat.
1975-76 had no episodes from the short half-hour portion of the season, along with no episodes from the trial hour week, with scattered episodes from the remainder of the season, including the first regular hour-long episode.
1976-77 and 1977-78 were also scattered episodes and were often seen on Mondays like the former season when GSN rotated seasons by day of the week.
1979-80 and 1980-81 tended to air on Tuesdays when on rotation, again with scattered episodes.
1981-82 was a highly run season, especially the 1982 portion which was likely due to the ending of furs offered as prizes, and usually aired on Wednesdays while rotating the seasons.
1982-83 had a complete or near complete cycle when airing for much of 1999 after the rotations were moved to Win TV, and is the most complete season that Game Show Network ever aired.
That incomplete 1983-84 season ends with the 2/9/84 episode, which was the last episode to air on GSN before they lost their lease, but most if not all of the episodes before that point were reran. I was starting to get excited over the ending logo change from MGBT to MGTP since it was no more than two months away at that point.
I do remember the 14th season premiere from 1985 being reran at some point though, but I honestly don't believe GSN ever aired any episodes from the remainder of the season. Those "late Season 14" episodes probably confused the OP since his/her memories came from Win TV for episodes that taped prior to the summer taping break and aired during the first six weeks of season 15. Very few episodes from the second half of Season 15 aired on GSN, but the first half is well represented and often aired on Thursdays during the rotation period.
The Season 16 finale is known to have run on GSN, as were another episode or two from 1988, though I'm not sure if they were later Season 16 or early Season 17 episodes.
I only know of one 1989 episode- the Season 18 premiere, and I also recall the Season 19 premiere also airing on GSN. But I'm surprised how relatively few Season 16-Season 19 episodes exist considering that VCRs were widespread by then, and you'd think a contestant or someone in the audience would tape their appearance, considering a bunch of early '80s episodes survive in their original broadcast form.
But Season 20 of course was the big attraction on Fridays while rotating, either originally or during Win TV. I don't recall any red turntable carpet episodes though like someone else pointed out.
Hopefully, should BUZZR come around to this lease, they'd focus on certain seasons that haven't aired much, and I'd concentrate on 1984-early 1991 episodes. You'd see the tail end of Johnny Olson and then move to Rod Roddy when he had more energy than ever in his announcing.
