Mark was actually doing well until the last GP, which ultimately cost him the summer gear.

As for Amber, tough luck being within two switches of winning the car.

The last time Gas Money was won was on the Halloween Show 2016.

I wouldn't compare Hit Me to Stack the Deck. Sure, they both are GP games based around cards, but I think that Hit Me's strategy was to look at the cents value while StD's is just to pick the last three numbers.

I still say that 1/5 is easier than 1/8 with a potential 1/2 or 1/3 chance after that.
"If any show, forget sports, Price is Right, [the audience is] the star of the show. Somebody... coming on down and losing their minds, and ... crying, that's the show. The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."

Hit Me is mostly basic math. You can be bad at pricing but still get a 10 and Ace with math skills. Very different from Stack and Gas (although all three can be won with perfect pricing knowledge).

I didn't think there was any way Amber had the car won in Switcheroo. No way the price would be $21,224. I thought 3 all the way for the car number. At least she went for a low number, most contestants put a higher number for the car.

Tough Check Out with the last two items being much more expensive than the first three, but he might've won had he not lowballed the Gold Bond by so much.

Of course the most fake looking price in Gas Money was the correct one.

...There are 30 games played in a week and 70+ in active rotation. I agree that Plinko might have been played more in the 90's, but Plinko went missing for 10 different production weeks so far this season. Just look at 3 weeks ago from April 23-27.
