Let em Roll for a BMW and no other luxury cars or big prizes in any other game was just really random. I agree with Wayoshi, should've started with Golden Road for it.

Finally someone puts the Magic # up really high!

How much was the other cube (that never came up) in Roll today?

It was $2,500/$5,000/$7,500 for today.
"If any show, forget sports, Price is Right, [the audience is] the star of the show. Somebody... coming on down and losing their minds, and ... crying, that's the show. The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."

-Drew Carey, interview with Athletic, September 16, 2020

"I honestly thought the doubler was gone, but 9821 going $0 makes sense"

I was so sure that Richards would do nothing for Carey’s 60th birthday. Guess I was wrong.

That's somewhat what I was wondering-- would this be just another day, or would it be special given that Drew was turning 60?

I really wish they would make it so that Rat Race invokes the Spelling Bee rule - call one exactly right and you get all three automatically.

I really wish they would make it so that Rat Race invokes the Spelling Bee rule - call one exactly right and you get all three automatically.
Automatically giving 3 free rats gives you a 60% of winning the car.   Receiving all five cards in Spelling Bee doesn't come close to that percentage for winning the car.

Also, the $95K car in Roll was just "too much" - they would have gotten the same level of excitement for a $50K convertible.   When I saw the BMW, I automatically assumed 3 Strikes.

Happy Birthday Drew!
