My takeaways
- is it me, or has Lucky $even been played way too much nowadays? You have Gridlock! at your disposal, producers, why not use it?
- Jerry was from Houston, not Dallas, I believe. Miracle win on bonkers.
- It’s in the Bag hasn’t been won since November 3, 2015.
- well, that DSW came out of nowhere, didn’t it? Isn’t the DSW graphic next to the podium supposed to be in gold text?

Shoot! I missed another double showcase win! My electric was off while they replaced a utility pole next to my house!

Good show today with that miracle win in Bonkers.
We had Master Key played in the 1st half of the show for the 1st time since 6/17/2015.
Nice DSW by Nicole to end the show.

Jerry played poorly in Bonkers, looking to the audience for help after Drew told him not to, and I don't know how that win happened. It just seemed to come out of nowhere, and at the last possible second.

There were two very good bids in the Showcase, and I was suspecting all along that Nicole had scored a :dsw: when the price of David's Showcase was revealed first. Turns out my suspicion was right on the nose.

Hello all,

I really enjoy reading these recaps and the discussions that follow, and the last thing I'd ever want is to dampen anyone's creativity or enthusiasm. But, I'd like to make a request: in order to keep these recaps easy to read, could we please not use colors for the names of the games? I find it distracting and I don't really think it adds anything to the discussion anyway. Black text may be simpler, but it's also much easier to read, especially for those of us using our phones to browse the site.

Thanks ever so much!

I would fix that, but it won’t let me edit for some reason. I’ll stick to black in the future.

The audience today seemed a bit quieter than what's become the norm. Reminded me of the show years ago. On a related note, Harriet became especially annoying to me upon and after making it onstage.

Very good and excellent showcase bids, indeed.
