The trip to St. Croix's hotel was edited out in aired television. For those like me who had closed captioning on, it revealed the hotel. The Renaissance St. Croix Carambola Beach Resort and Spa suffered extensive damage in Hurricane Maria and they likely edited out to offer a different hotel instead.

Results: 1 out of 6 (with 1 bailout)
Winnings: $62,402
Biggest Winner: Amanda

Ugh, I had a feeling she underestimated the Mini Cooper on Stack the Deck. I had narrowed it down to $20,349 or $24,379.

Then again, a lineup with both That’s Too Much! and Stack the Deck is brutal, and I’m glad one of them was won.

Glad to see another That's Too Much win.  I think that's the second consecutive aired win.

Since they had Kate Spade accessories as a prize today, we can most likely eliminate that as a reason for the episode last week that was replaced by a rerun. Tough One Wrong Price also, it was definitely between those and the treadmill and I thought the treadmill would be a little more expensive than it was.

At least Stephanie went a bit higher with the Magic #, but it was pretty clear anything between $2,000 and $3,000 would be safe.

Tough Stack the Deck as usual, but at least only the antacid/cheese pair was difficult.

The scheduled airdate was 10/6/2017, and St. Croix was affected by Hurricane Maria almost as badly as Puerto Rico.  On top of that, the same showcase included a sailboat.  Wasn't including a sailboat a major problem in the post-Katrina trip to New Orleans showcase where the show apologized?

I watched today's show online as well , with closed captioning on , and sure enough the St Croix trip included the hotel's name in it as well. I guess the show can't make any edits to closed captioning for a pre-recorded show.

No , the problem was showing the trip itself on-air , not the boat. I totally forget they offered a boat as well.
