IIRC, there were a handful of markets in the Eastern Time Zone that aired TPIR at 10:00am during the 1993-94 season.  I know that Buffalo was one of them, as this did air on schedule in Western New York and much of Greater Toronto excluding the far northwestern reaches of the latter market near Wiarton, Wasaga Beach, and Collingwood.  Anyone else know of other markets in the US where TPIR aired at 10am Eastern, which would've seen this episode on 9/13/1993??

Hamilton, Ontario did. CHCH simulcasted Price from WIVB in Buffalo when it aired on that channel.

I forgot entirely about Channel 11 (CHCH) from Hamilton.  Surprisingly, I remember when CFTO carried TPIR, but aired it in the late afternoon sometimes as late at 5:00pm. This makes me wonder if the eastern half of the GTA saw this episode on 9/13/1993?  I know that some locales are close enough to the lake in Durham (Oshawa, Ajax, Clarington, Newtonville) to pick up WIVB over the air.  (prior to the DTV conversion of 2009).  I would think further east and north (Cobourg, Lindsay etc) would've been in the dark on this episode until now.
