Until Wesley nailed 1 Right Price, this show was headed for skunk status. Of the four losses, Balance Game was the most shocking, because at first the scales looked like they were balanced until after a split-second later, when the left side suddenly went down.

Kudos to Drew for mentioning the 25th anniversary of Cover Up! It still looks as good as it did back in '93.

AWESOME Pathfinder win, it seems like it's been a while. Cover Up was just as much of a heart-breaker.

Nice that Cover Up's 25th anniversary got acknowledged. I'm surprised there wasn't a Cover Up themed Showcase, or at least a Showcase revolved around covers/covering.

Time is Money was definitely a disappointment. Her first guess was really close, and then she moved the Ovaltine and never put it back on the over $6 side. The ketchup flying onto the floor cost her a bit of time too, although I'm not sure it would've helped if they had stopped the countdown to pick it up.

Very well played Pathfinder!

This is hardly the biggest takeaway from this show, but did anyone else catch the shot of the Add 'em Up car backdrop?  They got the side of the center bar on-camera for a couple seconds when Drew was walking over to the car at the end of Pathfinder.  It's probably the first time any part of it besides the price display has been seen in...damn, one day short of 30 years.

Yes, I saw that.  Awesome.  I only knew to look because it has been discussed on here that Pathfinder uses the Add 'em Up backdrop.  But I think that conversation happened a few years ago when we had an even better glimpse of it.  Maybe it was on one of Drew's prime time specials?  I can't remember now.  But it was definitely in the Drew era.

I never knew that Pathfinder used the old Add Em Up price display until just now. Curious, is it the only current game to "recycle" another game's part like that?

Hi, originally it was not a recycle.  Both games were active for a short period of time so the prop was used for both games.  There are several cases of shared props:  5 Price Tags and Most Expensive used the same background displays.  The price tags for Double Prices, 1 Right Price and Most Expensive were used interchangeably, and the stands for DP and 1RP were the same for many years.  There are probably more, but these are what come to mind.  Of course in the very early days of the show, the props for the turntable games were reused and recycled (e.g. Bullseye I).

5 Price Tags and Most Expensive used the same background displays.

Fun fact:  Most Expensive shared three specific backdrops -- one of them never had a shelf for that game and was only used in Five Price Tags.
