Wow, a gem of an episode! We finally get to see Clock Game with the shadow space.

It was also interesting to see Dennis hosting at a decent pace and not like he had just drank 12 cups of coffee before the show.

Though I'm glad he eventually learned to not yell at Clock Game players...

And, since the original upload seems to be gone, here we go...

Given that the floor still has its original appearance at the time of this taping, it would assume that the daytime shows had it through October 27, and that next week's tapings had the new contestants' row floor design in place (earliest being October 30 air date), with some slight modifications several months later.

Notice how expensive that car was for Any Number (normally cars would be in the $2,000 range at the time), and that would eventually become the norm for the nighttime show.

That ticket plug by Dennis and Johnny was fun to watch.  Different address than we're used to seeing all these years, too.

Someone on the GSF noted that that was the address for Metromedia Square, which is likely where Goodson-Todman's offices were at the time.

So I just watched this episode again...

Did anyone else notice a huge error during the third IUFB?

DAMN... and considering that one (much later) daytime show was tossed out for precisely that reason, makes me surprised this made it to air.

Yeah, that very episode sprung to mind. It was sometime in the early 2000s, right?

Even if the staff noticed this error after the show was taped, maybe they didn't see it as that big of deal at the time. Just weeks prior, there wasn't even a rule that said the contestants had to stand at the same spot for the whole show.

Taped June 26, 2000, would've aired September 27, 2000, if not for the screw-up. (1513X)
