I have to run an errand this afternoon. That said, this was an epic show, particularly the banter between Drew and David. Maybe the #2 show of the season, maybe #1 in my book.

Quite an enjoyable show, especially with David's shirt that had pictures of both Drew and Bob all over it.

I rarely rarely re-watch episodes. This is one I am 100% going to re-watch later tonight. Truly fantastic.

*This* is exactly what is too often lacking in Drew's hosting.  The banter with contestants (particularly in contestant's row) that establishes a running theme throughout the episode and exposes the personality of a contestant to the point that we're rooting for him when he gets up for his pricing game.  It was like the old days.

And now you probably know why the hole in "Hole in One...or Two" isn't in the center of the circle any more (it's slightly closer to the player).

I am assuming that the reason it used to be in the center was, if the putt went to either side, the rebound would also miss by the same amount; however, a putt that "rimmed the cup" or passed right over the hole would rebound back in. However, if the hole is moved forward, the rebound angles of pretty much every putt except going straight over the hole will miss as well.

This show had everything , laughs , jokes , contestants wearing the same shirt , the 1st IUFB overbid of the season , and Drew channeling his inner Bob and doing a great job hosting today's show.
If the show wants to win back to back emmys , they probably would use this show as a great example.

Great job by Quanetta in 1/2 Off with the SPs, just too bad she picked the empty box :(

I was thinking TV and dishwasher for Take Two. I wasn't expecting the foosball table to be as expensive as it was, but TV/foosball table was my second choice.

David may well have had the rest of the GPs right in Hole in One (or Two) besides the hot sauce and potato salad. He did win though with an excellent second putt!

And of course the highlight today was the whole thing with the Drew shirt. Great banter from Drew, very reminiscent of classic Bob.

Wait...they moved the hole?

(Don't get me wrong...this was an awesome episode.  This, though, has suddenly taken center stage in my brain.)

Yeah, I don't think the hole was ever in the center...

This episode from 1977 (debut year) has the hole in its current position (PG5).
