Damn. Seems like fewer and fewer Golden Age guys left now. RIP.


It's a shame.  It's amazing how young these people are/were, along with how many have died within the past 2-3 years

Sucks about Ted Lindsay.  What a legend.  As for Luke Perry, I wasn't on the 90210 bandwagon, but a lot of people I know were.  That was a major star on a great show; the discussion & reaction was legit during the original run.  Gone way too soon; totally sucks.

Jan-Michael Vincent, who was famous for Airwolf, passes at 74 from cardiac arrest about a month ago, but not announced until today.

Arizona business magnate Karl Eller, 90, owner of a Phoenix billboard company; in 1968, Eller Outdoor merged with KTAR Broadcasting Co. to form Combined Communications Corporation (which was acquired by Gannett in 1979); Eller was also a part owner of the Phoenix Suns; he also was the head of Circle K Corporation from 1983 to 1990.

Famed science fiction author Vonda N. McIntyre passed away of pancreatic cancer at age 70. She was best known for her 1978 Hugo Award-winning book "Dreamsnake" and for writing multiple Star Trek and Star Wars novels.
