I don't blame Levi for calling it where he did on Pay The Rent ($5K's a pretty good amount [in fact, if you're unsure whether the products you have on a level are of sufficient value to be of more value than the previous level, you should call it and take what you have]), but per the report, the sunflower seeds and coffee together were of sufficient value to be more than the Tostadas and cheese sticks together, and as such he could have had $10K.

Still, $5K's not bad at all!

My solution (because I know people love to calculate this after the fact):

ATTIC -- Coffee = $8.99
2ND FLOOR -- VapoRub Relief ($6.79) & Baby Food ($0.94) = $7.73
1ST FLOOR -- Seeds ($3.49) & Tostadas ($2.99) = $6.48
MAILBOX -- Cheese = $4.99

Although I'm willing to bet if any contestant tried to put the cheese sticks in the Mailbox, they would get a raucous NO from the audience, but that's just my opinion.

Here's another combo:

Attic--Coffee ($8.99)
Second Floor--Seeds and Cheese ($8.48)
First Floor--VapoRub and Baby Food ($7.73)
Mailbox--Tostadas ($2.99)

I was thinking remove the 3 for Squeeze Play just because I thought $13,xxx seemed too high.

Tough Pay the Rent- didn't think the coffee would be more expensive than the VaporRub. I also would've put the seeds in the mailbox thinking they were more expensive than they really were.

I'd be more interested in why (and how) Cool Steve happened upon this article.

I happened upon it because I know St. Elmo, Illinois and got curious. Wasn't expecting that to be the result, but I intentionally left it out of the recap.

I wish people would stop putting the cheapest item in the mailbox

And I wish they didn’t award players a free $1000 just for doing it.
