Not loving this budget crunch - X, Bargain and ME were quite difficult.

I was happy Cherie got a car anyways, she played 3X about as well as you can given the luck she got.

One note I will say - they seem committed to 40-45k cars in 3X lately. As we get 30-35k cars in regular PGs 2-3 times a week, even with the right brand (an Audi) in 3X, I don't know how much even I can care about 3X when the price difference is that low. They should really do 50+.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

I agree--11 chances is about as good as you can get with the Three Strikes game.  I also agree that TPIR is definitely doing a budget crunch right now.  Today's one of those days where it is not entertaining/relaxing to watch.

As the show moved forward, maybe before that point, I knew that Ash was going to be called down in the second half.  Even though the chances of getting out of contestants row isn't zero, it's still too bad that a good player doesn't get more chances at a PG.

As mentioned, redemption for Cherie, but it doesn't excuse how okay 3 Strikes has become.  It probably doesn't matter in terms of the cars offered as I win would be enough to make me happy.  Fortunately Cherie did better than most people have over the past several years.

Aside from the joy of seeing a win again someday if it happens, I could not agree more about the value of the vehicles.  It should actually be 60K+ minimum.  Or go back to one strike.  I think they've offered nicer/more expensive cars in other games over the past couple of years.

I thought we were on our way to a skunking today! 3 Strikes I had chalked up as an automatic loss, but the contestant had more than enough tries to win today. I expected Cliff Hangers to start the show, so I was a bit surprised when Secret "X" came out first. Great winning bid on the showcase today!

And I just want to thank Drew for talking about the importance of mental health each episode. It's very important, now more than ever, and I'm glad he connects to the viewers that way to end each day.

Hi, everyone. Ash here.

I do not post much on here, but I just wanted to give a big thank you to Adam for the awesome recap of this episode.

I also wanted to thank everyone for watching the episode and for all of the support, as well.

I am glad that I was finally able to make this dream come true. I could not have done it without you all.

Pass The Buck! One of my favorite games! An extra pick earned; better that none. Nice $5000 win.

Congrats Ash! Sorry you didn't get multiple chances and followed the formula that we've seen of superfans getting called last.

I agree--11 chances is about as good as you can get with the Three Strikes game.

It could have been better. They regularly edit out chances with incorrect number placement, so we would need Ash to confirm that there weren't any pulls that were removed.

Other than the really easy Bonkers setup, there were a lot of difficult pricing games.

Unquestionably in budget saving mode right now, big time!

I have a gripe with Bargain Game.

The colors they use when showing the actual retail price is yellow, with the white numerals, makes it hard for my 57 year old eyeballs to see.

I wish they would use black numerals instead and bolder, like they used to with Barker's Bargain Bar.

I know with B.B.B. the price difference shown was red background with white numerals which is fine.

I wish the current set up with Bargain Game would do the same again.
