100% agreed.  I was speaking more in terms of a "badge" of sorts.  In fact, making some modifications.  Edit:  The image is now a button.  Adam is absolutely right and I should have included something like that in the first place.

It's quite alright. Impact is more when there's something besides a badge that does really little. Get the help to where it matters. :)

Thanks for doing that.

I lost my dad to cancer in 1965, so a portion of my pay at work had always gone to the ACA. Anybody who has fought cancer and anybody still fighting it to this day are all thumbs up in my book. Here’s hoping Alex gives cancer the throttling it deserves.

Good luck, Alex! Thoughts and prayers going up...and thanks for all those great years of hosting some of our most-beloved game shows.

Same cancer at roughly the same age that Mark Goodson dealt with.

Original Jeopardy host Art Fleming also died from the same cancer in 1995. Sadly he only lived for two weeks after his diagnosis. https://heavy.com/entertainment/2019/03/alex-trebek-illness-art-fleming-died-cancer/

This is awful news. As someone who lost a family member to cancer, I can only imagine what the Trebek family is going through.

F#@k cancer. All of us here at Golden-Road are with you, Alex.

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

A few thoughts...

This is tough. this is a man i grew up watching host J!. while i think he is one of the last greats in the game show business(Sajak being the other) he is also one of the last "true" broadcasters of this era.
However, i think that i truly appreciated him when he did Concentration in the 80s. This was a show my grandmom had watched in the 60s, and to see him step into the role that Hugh Downs and Bob Clayton had made famous and do it well, impressed me greatly.
