Hmm, there seems to be a growing pattern of contestants removing the 1 in Squeeze Play.

Half off was hilarious with a capital H.  Iím happy Taneh won the $10K, but those SPs were traps waiting to be sprung on.  I failed the first set, and had a sneaking suspicion on that mug being half off.

Card Game: Putting a fairly loaded Mini Cooper spelled trouble.  I had this won but it was a guess ($24,000).  I had a feeling Elizabeth lost when she put it at $18,000.

Squeeze Play: I think the wife was signaling Michael to pull the 8.  Michael pulled the 1.  I had it down to the 8 or 1 being pulled.  I need a lifeline.

Interesting that last week the money was in box 1 and today it was in box 16 in 1/2 Off. What a crazy expensive mug.

I was pretty sure about removing the 1 in Squeeze Play as well.

I was pretty impressed Carl got the waffles being more than the itch relief correct but then it ended up being the dish detergent he got wrong. Can't really blame him for taking the $4,000.

I think it's time Card Game got the starting price bumped up again. That was just mean. I think $18K would be a good starting price.

Aside from luxury car playings, this is the most expensive car in Card Game in the last 10 years.

If you don't draw an Ace you would have needed an unreasonable amount of patience to win.

Money honey, Taneh won $10,000 on 1/2 Off today; ka-ching!

Another money winner today was Carl when he took $4,000 from the dice on Let 'em Roll.

I do hope they use their money wisely.

Pardon me for asking, but was today's episode new? I know I've seen somebody misunderstand the instructions on what to do with their hands in 1/2 Off and then win the $10,000 before. Then again, somebody noted that Card Game had the most expensive car in that game in ten years.

So, it's been a while since I've watched regularly, but I noticed on this episode that in the opening spiel, George Gray referred to it as "The Famous Bob Barker Studio"? When did this start?

I'm not sure.  I haven't seen this show yet, but I am watching the 3/13 episode right now and noticed the same thing. I assume this has to do with the selling of Television City.  They've added "famous" and removed the subsequent reference of "at CBS."

That's my assumption as well.

The ending of the credits too, where it used to say:

Recorded At
Bob Barker Studio
Television City (R)
Hollywood, California

Now says:

Produced & Recorded At
Bob Barker Studio
Television City Studios
Hollywood, California
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.

How about that funny moment in 1/2 Off? It reminded me of that "alakazam, lift up the lid" moment on a MDS way back when.

Yes, I'm on board with a proposal to increase the starting bid in Card Game as well.
