2019 MLB Season

Opening day is tomorrow. We'll see how the record-breaking contracts play out.

Let's go Mets!

The Mets need all the luck they can get. Horrible front office hires, and questionable free agent signings. At least they will be better than the Marlins.

The AL Central looks terrible again, other than Cleveland.

NL Central looks competitive wih the Cubs, Brewers and Cardinals.

Braves move Ronald Acuna from leadoff to clean-up; it paid off during exhibition play. Oddsmakers have them seventh of those with a chance to win the World Series.

I hope that the Red Sox do something that they haven't done since 1915-1916 and that's win back to back World Series titles

Ugly loss for Atlanta yesterday. Phils’ $330 million investment Bryce Harper goes 0-3 with a walk.

Men vs. boys: Braves get swept in Philly and take up residence in the NL East basement. Bryce Harper hits his second homer as a Phillie.

If the Mariners were planning on tanking this year, it's not working so well...yet.

Lots of empty seats so far early in the regular season where some teams are reporting attendance less than 10,000, and also when especially teams have been struggling in the past.

Tampa Bay and Oakland need to move to other markets.

Reportedly the Rays have considered a move to Montreal and the A's to San Jose.  We'll see if anything comes of the rumors.

That's the Mets for you.  A history full of dumb decisions and heartbreaks.

Saying they're better than the Marlins is like saying dropping a bowling ball on your foot is better than being crushed by an anvil.

Montréal had a team and couldn’t support it. There has to be a better choice than that.

San Jose isn’t that far away from Oakland.

Atlanta signs Ronald Acuna to an eight-year extension with an option for two more. He'll get $100 million and be eligible for arbitration in '22.

How in the hell is Chris Davis still in the league? He has gone hitless in 49 consecutive at-bats.
