Winning Pay the Rent Combo:

Attic: Lidocaine--$10.99
Second floor: Detergent ($7.99) and Tomatoes ($2.39)--$10.38
First floor: Dip ($4.29) and Ice Pops ($4.99)--$9.28
Mailbox: Crisps--$3.99

I'm sure there are others, though, given the huge jump in the first two levels.

Really it looks like the only options are which of the three (Dip, Crisps and Ice Pops) you put in the mailbox - then the other two have to be the first floor.

The detergent can't go elsewhere (if it's in the mailbox, you can't make 2 sets of 2 more than $8, on the first floor you can't make a second floor higher), and if anything else was with it on the 2nd floor you'd be over $10.99 of the attic.

So basically 3 solutions.
