And what if there's a set change between the two seasons?

Honestly, what else do they possibly need? The set is already flashy and hi-tech. With Evelyn as the new EP, she might want to make a few changes here and there but I don't see a drastic overhaul in the near future.
CSS: Exacta, 6/3/2019
Lifetime earnings: $1,896,732
Season 18 cash earnings: $629,243
Season 19 cash earnings: $490,110
FPG: 2019-2020 Finals Champion
...............................

Live for the present.  Embrace the future.  Our favorite game show is still producing excellent, high quality, exciting, hour-long* shows every weekday throughout its traditional season window.  It’s as good as it’s been in a long, long time.  If the 1980s were the ‘good ole days’ for the Barker era, so is RIGHT NOW for the Carey era.  Don’t worry about what the future holds.  It will play out in due time.  Enjoy what we have right in front of us in the meantime!

Maybe tone down the flurry of GT asterisks, perhaps printing them step-and-repeat on the large backlit towers.

The Season 48 set is identical to the S47 one; everything about the audience area, turntable, etc. is the same. No major or discernible changes.

One classic game did get fully remodeled over the break... but you’ll have to watch the show to find out which one :-).

I bet if there are any changes to the set, they'll come for the 50th season.

Interested in seeing what classic game got remodeled though.

Classic game?

My bet: Either Golden Road or Money Game.

Betcha 2 to 1 it'll be Race Game. (Please, don't let it be - it's the epitome of 70s style - but I have a dreaded feeling.)

Lemme modify that... “classic-ish.” It’s definitely not a 70’s game.

Turns out the game I’m thinking of debuted a few years later than I thought it did, so “classic” might be a stretch.

Based on that information. My guess is Check-Out.

I think it may be Now....and Then that got a makeover over the summer and we just have to wait and see which pricing game got the makeover.

I'm going with Check Game or Master Key myself. Both I could see getting an upgrade for the 2010's technology.

Check Game already has, so I can rule that one out pretty much immediately.

Pretty sure Now or Then got an update a few years ago, so I'd rule that one out.

Touche, fair point. I'd go Master Key then.
