Aside from that opening perfect bid and that smart Race Game playing, just another typical TPIR episode.

After watching Check Out today I started wondering for how much longer the eggcrate, mechanical, and even the current “Win/Loss” displays are going to be used in the game. The prop must be at least 30 years old I imagine. Any thoughts? (Not saying I want things to change though :) )

Unintentional "Keeping His Word" moment of the day:  Drew saying, "Let's get rid of this middle number," in Money Game and then pulling the damn thing right off the board.

With the obvious exception of almost tripping herself, Valerie was fantastic at Race Game.  She made her guesses quickly, kept her cool when she had one right on the second turn, and ended up winning everything.

Annnnnd, like clockwork, I laugh at a contestant's bid because their only chance to win is getting it exactly right...and they get it exactly right.
