PEANUT GALLERY: Can't imagine that's a $4,700 trip...I'd definitely flop as well.

Unless Roger Mike Evelyn is planning something evil, I'd say that flop is the right answer.

{flops second half}
{audience cheers}

1233: You've made the price $7,426 and it's been awhile since the crowd has been this unanimous. Actually, I don't think they've ever agreed on anything.

When I count to 3, press the red button to reveal the price.

1....

2....

Almost 3..........

{presses button}

{buzz}
{loud groans from crowd}

Ouch, that one stings. I guess, just like their furniture, the country itself is economically priced.  :-)

I hope you had fun, JayC. We'll continue the show after this break,

{fade into black}

{after all the Medicare commercials, camera zooms in on Numbers}

1233: During the break, I just found out that the worse pricing game slot in this series by far is the first game of the day, only having 3 wins out of 19 tries

All it means is that we're gonna finish strong, I hope

Who's next on your list, Mr. Announcer?!

Announcer: It's none other than PatrickRox80!!! You are the next participant on the Price is Right!

{loud cheers}

1233: We've got a player, now we need a prize.

Announcer: Slow your roll, I'm getting there

{flips through script}

Ok, now I'm ready to tell you about this swim raft!!!

{door 3 opens}

This strong and lightweight aluminum floating swim raft is 8' by 10', has a resin top surface and includes a dock ladder for when you inevitably fall off!! {modeled by Rachel, Amber}

I just don’t see this being very expensive, but I guess we shall find out... 🧐

$1

1233: The actual price of the swim raft is...

That's great news for tpiradam!

{loud cheers}
{walks to center stage}

Join me here next to the giant price tag, where were going to play a pricing game.

Now, tpiradam, what are your feelings about Halloween?

{shrugs shoulders}

Ok, I only ask because our announcer is a huge fan of the holiday, and the next pricing game segment is his "personal brainchild", his words, not mine.  :-)

So, without further ado, I give him the floor.

~~~
{lights dim}
{spooky laughter from the speakers}
Announcer: Now with the spooky season upon us, it's time that we get a little more "unorthodox" with the prizes we give away
{pulls out book titled Weird Stuff to Give Away on Game Shows, Vol. 3}
{leafs through pages}
...too gory
...too confusing
...too scisscor-handy
...ah, here we go.
"With Halloween only a bit from this date,
What you win and you lose is completely to fate,
You can't just have part, take it whole, that's the goal
If done in right order, your prize is a soul!!!"
{lights flash}
{door 3 opens, smoke spills out}
This bright yellow 2020 Kia Soul X-Line comes with automatic transmission and standard equipment, along with a cargo net and a paint protection plan. The Soul!!! {modeled by Manuela}
{loud cheers from crowd}
1233: That was very well done, Mr. Announcer. Well done indeed!!
Announcer: Still think it would have been better if we offered an actual soul.
1233: I told you 4 times before the show, and I'll say it again. Where would you get a soul? How would you put a price on a soul? And most importantly, why would anyone besides the Grim Reaper himself want to win a soul?!?
{Mr. Announcer mumbles under breath}
Ok, then. Let's get back on track.
tpiradam, I'm going to be frank with you, probably the spookest part of all this is that you are going to play Stack the Deck to try and win that car.  :-D
Now we're going to try and help you as much as we can, starting with these two products. Mr. Announcer?
Announcer: We've got you covered for all your pumpkin pie needs other than the pumpkin. On the left, we have 1.92 oz of non-GMO pumpkin pie spice. Then, on the left, we have a 6oz walnut pie crust.
{applause}
1233: One of those is $3.49. Which one is it? (Also tell me what number you want if you're right)
{audience screams suggestions}
*Peanut Gallery*
Go the crust. Pumpkin spice is unusually expensive, plus they are advertising "non-GMO", which is going to increase the price.
"If any show, forget sports, Price is Right, [the audience is] the star of the show. Somebody... coming on down and losing their minds, and ... crying, that's the show. The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."
-Drew Carey, interview with Athletic, September 16, 2020
"I honestly thought the doubler was gone, but 9821 going $0 makes sense"
I'll take a guess and say the pie crust. If I'm right I'll take the third number.
1233: Is the pie crust $3.49?
{ding}
{applause from crowd}
Great start, now what number would you like?
{chooses third}
Let's put the third number in place on the board please
{ding}
That's a 7. Let's try and get you another number with these products
Announcer: Here are the goodies that you save for the really good trick-or-treaters that come to your door. On the left, we have a gluten free 3.5oz chocolate bar that is 85% cocoa. And on the right, we have a 3 pack of 3.3 oz fruit-flavored artisianal French marshmallow sticks.
{applause}
1233: Same as before, which of those tasty treats is $6.95?
{peanut gallery weighs in}
