CBS employees transferred to new Television City owner

A group of Television City employees filed a lawsuit against CBS after their employment was transferred from the network to the facility’s new owner, a real estate developer. The complaint states they were excluded from a company-wide buyout offer that CBS made to employees whose age plus years of service amount to at least 80.
