Natalie Trundy, an actress who is perhaps best known for appearing in four of the five original "Planet of the Apes" films, passed away back on December 5th, 2019 at age 79 (per
this article from The Hollywood Reporter).
Trundy portrayed the mutant Albina in "Beneath the Planet of the Apes," human scientist Dr. Stephanie Branton in "Escape from the Planet of the Apes" and chimpanzee Lisa in both "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes" and "Battle for the Planet of the Apes." Chalk this up to "nepotism" (in Trundy's own words), as Trundy was married to "Apes" producer Arthur P. Jacobs from 1968 to Jacobs' death in 1973.
(Note: I would have put this in the 2019 Obituaries Thread, but that thread is now locked.)
