Cornavirus- Should we be alarmed?

The news is making it seem millions could die from it.  Also it is crashing the stock market as we speak.  Should we be concerned  or is it nothing but fearmongering?  I am worried nevertheless.

There is reason to be concerned, but it's not worth panicking. Keep healthy and you'll be fine.

That said, there's no need for this thread on this site, even in Out in Left Field.
