I was quite surprised that not only did they play Dice Game on both LMaD and TPiR today, but Dice Game on LMaD was played more or less the same way as usual (with the exception of a cash bailout option before each reveal)--I thought the general mandate was to make the games entirely chance-based.

I was happy they did Smash For Cash.  This time there was a bailout and I was happy for Lesley.  The last pick between the Vicks and the olive oil was difficult.  They even threw in the Nesquik Drink Mix in this setup and I was like tread water carefully, there were landmines in this setup.  I was thinking from my perspective it was the Vicks that had the landmine, but I was surprised it was the Olive Oil.  Apparently there were only 3 tablets in that box.

Lucky Seven: Malik, if it were to make you feel any better, I did the same thing you did, go for a higher number for the fourth digit.  And good, you didn't go for a five for the last digit since the car did have paint/fabric protection in it and the car's ending would have been a weird digit.

Dice Game: Poor Lana.  That fourth digit was a stinker.  I actually went against the odds on the fourth digit believe it or not.  At least she did redeem herself in the showcase though.

Lucky $even: I was stunned they put a 5 in the price of the car! I liked how Malik didn't pick a 5 for the 4th number, but he went the wrong direction.

Smash for Cash: That's how a crossover game should be done, as it incorporated the fun of LMaD plus a significant emphasis on pricing skill. I can't blame Lesley for stopping at $5,000.

Dice Game: They shouldn't have played this on TPiR and LMaD the same day, even if the LMaD version used slightly different rules. That's just bad planning (or a bad decision, if it was done intentionally.)

Overall: I thought Jonathan Magnum was excellent on today's show, and the showcase with Tiffany Coyne presenting the theme of the prizes went so much better than yesterday. This was a good crossover show!

Smash for Cash was a hybrid of Grand Game and Hot Seat. I enjoyed it and hopefully will make a return in future mash-ups.

That threw me off too!   For my actual guess for the 4th digit I said 8.

It should be noted that George handled most of the hosting of Dice Game on Let's Make a Deal. For anyone who normally don't watch LMaD it's worth viewing to see a glimpse of how he'd host the show. I think he did pretty good, actually.

I agree, I thought he did pretty well hosting. If Drew were to ever have to miss tapings for some reason and they couldn't cancel, George could likely fill right in as host.

Dice Game: They shouldn't have played this on TPiR and LMaD the same day, even if the LMaD version used slightly different rules. That's just bad planning (or a bad decision, if it was done intentionally.)
Personally I don't think it was a bad thing. It adds to the whole crossover idea IMO.

Ouch, Lucky $even went from a pretty generous setup to mean with the 9 at the end. Malik would've won with even just $1 more in hand.

I thought Smash for Cash was pretty easy, the olive oil was definitely going to be more than the other five products and the one to avoid.
