Watching this episode now, and noticed that the animations on the screens behind the audience and on home base aren’t playing, and appear to be darker than normal. Is this something new they’ve started doing?

I thought Vend-O-Price was easy, but Line ‘Em Up seemed tougher than usual. I would not have gone with the double 5s at the end of the car price there.

I wonder why the big screen behind the audience wasn’t used for the $20,000 display for Hot Seat today. Has George’s podium been used for this before?

Courtesy our two at the episode, there were technical glitches that knocked out Door 4 and the home base screens.

Unless I’m tripping, it almost looked like the central console screen was instead replaced with a picture of the show’s logo, caused by the aforementioned technical glitches. Same goes for the other screens near Door 4.

Range Game: They put the price right in middle (just $1 away from the exact center point of the scale), meaning they wanted it to be won. Kisha, unfortunately, ended up with a bad case of Range Game syndrome.

Hot Seat: Full credit to Nicolas for being decisive, both when making his picks and in his choice to leave.

Overall lineup: Only one car game and it was Line Em Up? Yuk. Unless something was swapped due to the technical glitches mentioned above, that's bland.

Let me just say how much I enjoy watching TPIR again. It is one of the few things getting me through this tough time. I know I critique Drew's hosting, but he's good enough, and occasionally quite brilliant. Some of us thought the show would stray from its roots, but watching it now, it feels the same way it did during the Barker era. It's still the best hour in game show television. (Sorry Trebek & Sajak.)

As for today's show, Range Game syndrome strikes again. Take Two was set up rather mean. I was expecting an 8 and a 9 as the last digits to get to 7. Squeeze Play seemed a little harder than usual today. And the show was so good that I didn't even notice that no one won today.
