Great Pumpkin was. ABC generally aired two versions of it each year. One version was edited down to fit a modern half hour slot and was usually paired with another half hour Halloween special, Toy Story of Terror. The other version was uncut and paired with an edited version of You're Not Elected, Charlie Brown that filled the remaining 25 minutes or so. This pairing was listed as one program on TV guides.

ABC aired Christmas totally uncut. They actually created Charlie Brown's Christmas Tales to serve as filler after Charlie Brown Christmas so that it could run uncut for more than 30 minutes. Like Great Pumpkin/Not Election, they were listed as one hour-long program. Charlie Brown Christmas did have some edits done early on, though, mostly to remove the Coca-Cola sponsorship.

Depending on where you live, you should be able to pick up the PBS station from the closest US city to your location.  In my area, my closest affiliate is WNED Buffalo, but the cable package we subscribe to also lets us pick up WTVS from Detroit

In case anyone wants more Peanuts this holiday, Freeform is airing the movie Bon Voyage, Charlie Brown (and Don't Come Back!) on Thanksgiving at 10:30 AM, and the Movies! channel is airing A Boy Named Charlie Brown on Saturday November 28 at 11:15 AM.

Seems the Apple TV deal didn't apply to the feature films.

Snoopy, Come Home will air at 1:10 Saturday following A Boy Named Charlie Brown on the Movies! channel as well.
